Vallarta Real Estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

Since 1989 Puerto Vallarta has had its own MLS system (Multiple Listing Service), the first of its kind in the country. It began as just a printed catalog of all exclusive homes, condominiums and lots available for sale, but today it is available online in a number of different formats. You can search for properties listed within the MLS in a number of different ways; three methods are listed below.

MLV/MDV Search
Click on the first tab above to search using a more standard format, the inventories of Multi-List Vallarta (re-sale market) and Multi-Dev Vallarta (new-product market) - both have been combined together is the Search Engine. This Search works well if you are already are familiar with the regions and areas of Puerto Vallarta. Just enter in the search criteria you desire and the properties that fit this description will be displayed. Multi-List Vallarta is the official MLS for the real estate associations of this region. Multi-Dev Vallarta was created to service the real estate developers of Costa Vallarta.

MLV/MDV Graphical Search
If you are not familiar with the names of the areas of Costa Vallarta, you may find this graphical interface more suitable. Rather than searching by entering in data, you can scroll around Bay of Banderas, have access to aerial and 360º images, and then be able to see what properties are currently for sale in any particular region or real estate development. This is a great way to get to know the region.

Google Search
We’ve applied satellite photo technology from Google to actually see the Costa Vallarta coastline from the air and zoom in for greater detail. We’ve also included the locations of many of Vallarta’s real estate developments that advertise in the Vallarta Real Estate Guide print publication.
