Las Olas

Las Olas is a gated, residential, beach front community in San Francisco (San Pancho), Nayarit. Located on the Pacific Ocean about 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta´s Airport, the combination of lush jungle with the sandy seaside offers a distinct flavor. The pueblo allows small-town, single-family living, with access to restaurants and a modicum of nightlife, with beautiful beaches right at hand. San Francisco is also home to the area´s polo club, which had its first season of competition in November 2005. Las Olas includes 29 single residence sites, with natural views of the pacific ocean offering architectural integration of all elements. currently, only six home sites remain.

Underground wiring is already in place for telephone and electricity, as well as an inclusive water system. a beach club and an Oceanside pool complete the offerings at this special complex.
