Las Cañadas

An enclave of private hillside homes set in a spectacular natural environment on the Careyeros mountainside, each Las Cañadas site boasts panoramic views across the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses out to the crystal blue Pacific, in a majestic wooded setting like no other on the peninsula.

Each of these oversized view home sites is unique in terms of location, size, vistas and privacy. The homes, o "casitas" to be constructed on these sites will be four-bedroom configurations in an innovative modular layout designed to maximize views from living areas. Selected three-bedroom residences are also available. Each casita will feature a high level of finish and fixtures.
