Initially comprised of 15 spectacular home sites, Kupuri is defined by three distinct settings: Beach front, Ocean view with direct beach access, and hillside. Of Punta Mita´s collection of home sites, these are considered to be among the community´s finest. Each affords owners gated privacy, appreciated space and coveted vistas.

Residents at Kupuri will embrace an active lifestyle that is enriched by access to the tuka Beach Club, a private gathering place reserved for owners and their guests that features its own pier for private watercraft. Located on Litibu Bay, Kupuri is secluded yet minutes from all Punta Mita has to offer. This enclave will also be home to the Residents´ Beach Club at Kupuri, a preferred facility for all Punta Mita Residents.
