Nestled in a small rainforest by the sea, El Paredón evolved from a family´s passion for place and design. The 30-year-old, family-owned development firm is sensitive to the needs of a family and have created each home site to ensure that no two are alike.

Twelve individual private homes make the El Paredón community unique in its planning and care for the environment. While the exteriors of the homes are in neutral colors, the interiors are awash in the palette of the Mexican landscape and rustic hues of deep wood, with gated security, lush vegetation, exclusive common beach club with terraces, large palapa roof and infinity swimming pool, it is a rustically elegant place to relax or entertain.
