Amapas I

As the Amapas hillside develops, Amapas I offers contemporary architectural design with cascading terraces that open onto fantastic views, backed by luxurious jungle vegetation.

The 18 units include three townhouses, two lofts, 10 condominiums and three penthouses, providing a variety of living arrangements with options for two or three bedrooms. While taking advantage of privileged views, Amapas I gives top priority to privacy. The controlled-access lobby features double-height ceilings, with elevator access to all apartments, while townhouses have individual access from the covered, secure parking area. Common areas include the swimming pool and lounge area with sundeck, built-in barbecue, yoga room and sunset terrace surrounded by native landscaped gardens.
